1. Ownership & Rights

selftape.ai and Self Tape, LLC retain all rights, title, and interest in and to:

• All software, AI technology, and platform infrastructure
• All recordings, videos, and content generated through the service
• All AI-generated voices, audio, and visual content
• Any output, derivatives, or modifications created using the platform

2. User Release of Rights

By using selftape.ai, you hereby irrevocably release, waive, and relinquish any and all claims, rights, title, interests, or ownership you may have had in any recordings, content, or materials generated through your use of the service. You acknowledge that all such content is the sole property of selftape.ai and Self Tape, LLC.

3. AI Training & Use

You understand and agree that any and all content generated through your use of the service may be used to train, improve, and enhance selftape.ai's AI models, algorithms, and systems. Such content may also be used in any and all advertising, marketing, and promotional materials at the sole discretion of selftape.ai and Self Tape, LLC, without any compensation to you.

4. License

selftape.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for personal and professional audition preparation purposes. This license does not convey any ownership rights.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
